Recently I went back to working as an customer service rep ... for a company I won’t name.
I was so happy getting up to go to work and having my day planned out.
Bad news ... not hired
The reason was that I was trained by e-course not even by a person.
Job hunting search again and I decide to get help from a placement agency.
